Restoring a Group Form

I recently created a Microsoft Form and shared it within a group.  However I no longer wanted it shared and selected "Remove from List".  Now I cannot find the form I created anywhere.  I thought it would restore to my forms.  Is there a way to recover it?

Go to the three dots on the top right of the window. Got to setting and select an end date to stop the replies.
