Restoring a Group Form

Question

I recently created a Microsoft Form and shared it within a group.&nbsp; However I no longer wanted it shared and selected "Remove from List".&nbsp; Now I cannot find the form I created anywhere.&nbsp; I thought it would restore to my forms.&nbsp; Is there a way to recover it?

Go to the three dots on the top right of the window. Got to setting and select an end date to stop the replies.
