Hello All,
Hopefully everyone is doing great. I created a form and sent it to my colleage for testing. I notice that she can open up the form but it also allows her to edit the form. Who do I create a form and when I send it out to end-users not allow them to edit the form.

@VeeExcelLearn unless you give a user the share-to-collaborate link they cannot edit the form.

@VeeExcelLearn if you don't want someone to be able to edit the form you don't use share-to-collaborate at all. Just give them the url in the Send and Collect Responses.

@RobElliott Hello all. I have built some forms for work and need someone else to check the responses. I used powers automate and added there email and a link from collect responses. When the open the link they always get a form with no questions answered. I could use the collaborate and that does work but if someone decides to edit the first question the form won’t send because 5 Email address receive the form based on the answers.
any idea what the answer is?
cheers
