I received two forms, they should be ready to duplicate, but if I click the duplicate button, they are not added to my Windows account. The sender doesn't know what the reason is for this. Does anyone know how I can solve this? Someone else did test this with another account; same problem. I made a test form and that worked fine when I duplicated it. Thanks!
