I am using Microsoft 365 Enterprise and there is no option to upload files in Forms. I followed the instructions and set it to allow only people in my organization to reply. Unfortunately it does not work.
P.S. I can use OneDrive and SharePoint. this happens with other forms as well, including new forms.
