The help section regarding exporting microsoft forms to excel cloud is not resolving. It doesn't matter whether I open a desktop version / webversion of Microsoft Teams where I initially created the form. I can view the results in both. However, the minute I request export to excel Microsoft just doesn't seem to recognise the account I'm working from and keeps asking me to login again. The excel cloud the either loads forever or defaults to ' microsoft does not recognise this account'. This is while I'm logged in the respective microsoft account in the previous on-line page ... what am I missing?
