MS Forms Feature Request for Field Groups

Please consider adding field groups to Microsoft forms allowing multiple submissions of a group of fields on a single form.

Example

• Field Group (Vendors)
• Product Vendor (Text Field): Microsoft
• Nested Field Group (Products)
• Product Name (Text Field): Windows 10
• Additional Nested Field Group (Products)
• Product Name (Text Field): Windows 11
• Add Another Product (Button)
• Add Another Vendor (Button)

To get even more fancy you could do nested field groups like above, but even having single level groups would be a huge win!

Customization options would be for things like the following:

• Add Button Label
• Minimum Entries Required
• Maximum Entries Allowed (# or Unlimited)

Logged response would then be multiple rows for that field group. Many other forms do this today and this would be a huge increase in functionality and usability to Microsoft Forms. We want to use MS Forms for more complex use cases, but it currently requires a person to submit many forms for logging a single item when all other information is the same across them.
