MS Forms dynamic Thank you page

Hi,

 

I have created one MS Form, which will create a JIRA Ticket after submission of the form.

Now I want to show Ticket No. (which is returned by the API) in the Thank you page after submission of the Form.

Can any one help me how to show the ticket number and append after the message showing in the Thank You page after the Submission of the MS Form.

    himsourav it's not possible to have the ticket number display in the thank you page. What we do with our IT ticketing system is to use a flow in Power Automate to automatically save the form submission to a list in SharePoint. As part of the same flow we send an email confirmation of the back to the submitter with the ID number of the ticket.
