Microsoft Forms
I am setting up a form for my school and I need to separate data within a question. So each question should have a coded answer (ex: B11) and then a description of that answer. However, when I transfer the data to excel, I only want the coded answer and not the description if that makes sense. Is there a way to do this in Microsoft Forms? If I create a split form, will this be accomplished? Please help! Thank you!
GabrielSzep no, if you are taking the data directly from Forms the spreadsheet will always have the full question. However if you build a flow in Power Automate to grab each response and add it to a row in an excel spreadsheet then you can strip out the description leaving just the code.
