Microsoft Forms
I would like to add text boxes in the form that contain information only and not have a reply box that the user sees. Does anyone know how do do this? Thank you.

There's currently no functionality that let's you do labels only although you could try the Section option, when adding questions, to see if that sort of emulates the feature you want.
