Microsoft forms to Power Automate flow

Hii,

 

I didnt know how to send the data entered on forms to Oracle DB.

 

I have get the data which are entered in MS forms to Sharepoint and now from my sharepoint I was supposed to insert the records to DB.

 

I didnt know how to proceed further

      I have connected to Oracle DB my issue was I am creating a form using Microsoft Forms and storing the data in my Sharepoint folder and I have to insert the data from my sharepoint to Oracle DB using Flow

       

       i have created like the above image on my Sharepoint

      I didnt know to insert this datas to DB
