Microsoft Forms - Sub Answers

Hello everyone, I would like some help with google forms.

Some of questions could be answered in parts. Okay, let me explain; I have a question asking for numbers and I would like the country code and the number given separately. Another question is asking for names and I would like the title (Mr., Mrs., Dr., Prof., etc.), first name, and last name given separately but I do not want to phrase this as different questions. How can I work around this?

@EdithKe you will need to create them as separate questions; other than using branching there is no concept of sub-answers in Microsoft Forms.
