Microsoft forms - How can I add multiple recipients to get notifications once a form is completed?
Does anyone know how to set up Microsoft forms so that when a form is completed the notification gets sent out to multiple recipients or a distribution list?
Rob_Elliott Hi Rob, I unfortunately cannot get the find the pages where your screen shot represent. This prevents me from performing the suggested actions.
Andy_Hallam don'tyou have access to Power Automate? Depending on your licence it will normally be one of your M365 apps available from the waffle/launcher icon in M365.

I do have Power Automate but i am unsure what i put in the 3rd step i.e. inputs. Do i add every field/question in the Microsoft Form?
