Hi,

I have a question if my Microsoft Form one drop down list items. I am not sure if there is any alternative I can add 600 options for one drop down item?

@CyrilTan it's not a good idea to make a user scroll through 600 items in a dropdown, they will lose the will to live. My suggestion is that if you have Power Apps you investigate creating the form as a canvas app in that. Then if you are able to group the items you can use cascading dropdowns which will result in shorter lists of dropdown items.
