Make survey results anonymous by default

Hi,

 

By default, when I create a new survey, Microsoft Forms captures the name of the person responding. There is a hidden setting that we can uncheck to make it anonymous. Is it possible to uncheck this option by default, so that all the new surveys are anonymous?
