Linear scale in forms
Hello everyone, I need a quick support!!!!!
Is it possible to create a linear scale for the rate scale (0-100%) in forms? If not possible, what could be the alternative option I could create a question type to have the rating scale 0%-100%?
Any quick support on this would be much appreciated!

- There is a linear scale option available in Forms.
In Add New, select Rating (thumbs up symbol) the next to Symbol, select star rating or number and you can specify the scale.

- If not possible- alternatively, I could use the number 0-10 and label it in this instruction?
