Is there a way to create a question that allows 3 text responses?

Hi,

 

I am creating a form and I need to ask "What are the most important issues to focus on?" and I want the respondents to give 3 prioritized answers so giving them 1) _______ 2) __________ 3) _________.

 

Is there a way I can do that? Just have 3 text boxes for them to complete?
