I can't download answers | Forms Pro
As of today I can no longer see my surveys in Forms Pro, it automatically takes me to Customer Voice. When trying to download my survey responses, a .csv file is downloaded with just the questions, without any answers !! Help!

A partir de hoy ya no puedo ver mis encuestas en Forms Pro, me lleva autom谩ticamente a Customer Voice. Al tratar de descargar las respuestas de mi encuesta, se descarga un archivo .csv solo con las preguntas, sin ninguna respuesta!! Ayuda!
BethWrites I finally resolved!
Migration to Voice of the Customer fails when trying to export all responses in Customer Voice if the survey was created in Forms Pro.
Solution:
1. Copy this url in your browser:
https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx?DownloadFileSize=2000#analysis=true&FormId=2. Next, copy the survey ID from Customer Voice:
3. Paste the ID of point 2 at the end of the url of point 1. Hit enter.
4. Done! Forms Pro will open and you can download the data as usual 馃檪 I recommend creating the survey again but in Customer Voice to avoid problems in the future.

La migraci贸n a la voz del cliente tiene un error al intentar exportar todas las respuestas en Customer Voice si la encuesta se cre贸 en Forms Pro.
Soluci贸n:
1. Copia esta url en tu navegador:
https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx?DownloadFileSize=2000#analysis=true&FormId=2. Luego, copia el ID de la encuesta de Customer Voice:
3. Pega el ID del punto 2 al final de la url del punto 1. Da enter.
4. Listo! Se abrir谩 Forms Pro y podr谩s descargar los datos como siempre 馃檪 Te recomiendo crear la encuesta nuevamente pero en Customer Voice para no tener problemas en el futuro.

VictorSilva2 Following - I am having this same issue. Either the results are blank or they are so jumbled it's impossible to read!
