I can't delete a form. Pls Help!

Question

I have an Office 365 school account. I can not delete a form I have created. I do not have the option of "More form actions" More options button when I click on the three dots.

Any suggestions? I have searched high and low but can't find anything to help me.

Its at the root of the "forms" site, not in the actual form. (it took me forever to find it too).&nbsp;Mrs_Lansdell&nbsp;
