logged in to my account and I can not find the form I created.
we have been using the form for the last couple weeks and it just disappeared.
the users are still able to access the link however getting a " this form might not be safe " we recommend you don't provide your personal information the form owner may potentially be trying to collect it..
anyone experiencing the same issue?
