I am submitting a MS Form that I created and when I submit it once that is fine. Then I click on the link again and this has the answers of the previous response pre-loaded in the boxes.

How do I prevent this happening and is this possible?

@user12344 if you clear your browser cache that should stop it re-populating the answers.
