How to raise a Service Request for Microsoft FormsPro, under which category we need to raise, kindly help on this..

Hi @VigneshMohan 

 

In the Microsoft 365 admin centre (https://admin.microsoft.com) go to Admin > Support > New Service Request. Having tested there is no category for Forms Pro - you simply add the title and the description to the ticket.
