How do I find my Form again
So if I understand correctly, when I paste in the browser:
https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?id={Form Id}
Form Id needs to be replaced by the string of numbers and letters, not the Form Title.
I have done this now, and I get the same message with the following technical details:
Session id: da046d5d-cb11-41cd-8cd6-050bd9388d8b
Correlation id: 9be3e79c-43b4-42fd-8d40-b2c20464c581
You don't need to replace it manually if you are the form owner. You can log in to https://forms.office.com/ and find all the forms that belong to you. Click on the form you want to edit, and it will lead you to the design page. From there, you can click 'Collect responses,' and 'Copy link' will allow you to get a copy of the response link that you can send to other respondents.
If you are not the form owner, you can contact owner to resend the correct link to you.

Sorry, we don't have that information in our service in order to comply with Microsoft policy. - JonSPINNov 01, 2023Copper ContributorThanks Dingkun.
That's is odd, I'm pretty sure I used my business account. I don't believe I have any other accounts.
Is there a way to confirm what account the form was created with? - DingkunXieNov 01, 2023
Microsoft
Your last attempt shows that the link is correct, but your access was denied because you logged in with your organization account, while the form was created by a Microsoft account. To access the form, you need to log in with your Microsoft account, something like XXXX@hotmail.com.
- JonSPINNov 01, 2023Copper ContributorI'm the form owner. I'm only replacing the link manually beacause it was suggested by some users as a workaround to try and rtrieve a form that cannot be found.
The form is not available and therefore I cannot collect the responses.
I'm trying to retrieve the form.
