I have a really simple use case for MS Forms. I have three users I wish to be allow to create forms and share with the rest of my organisation so those end users can fill in the surveys. The surveys are not anonymous so I want the users to sign in with their organisational accounts. Question is:
- Is it possible to license the three users so they can create the forms and grant the rest of the organisation access to just these three forms whilst also preventing then creating their own forms?
