Get survey response from Microsoft forms and store in dynamics 365

- Sumaira370 - are you using Forms or Forms Pro? If you are generating the case invitation with Power Automate, you can set it regarding the case, then when the response comes through, you can get the response details and then move answers in to fields in Dynamics 365. You can create notes to store the information if needed. A few links that might be useful:
