Is there a way to separate quizzes in Forms into different files? I have created numerous quizzes but from various topics and I would like to separate them somehow so they are not all on the same page when I open My Forms.

There's currently no way to separate the forms at this time (e.g. by creating folders).
I'm sure it will be a future addition as it will be quite useful to have such a feature, but for now it's as you have experienced.
