Is there a way to separate quizzes in Forms into different files? I have created numerous quizzes but from various topics and I would like to separate them somehow so they are not all on the same pag...

There's currently no way to separate the forms at this time (e.g. by creating folders).
I'm sure it will be a future addition as it will be quite useful to have such a feature, but for now it's as you have experienced.
