Forms tab doesn't load in Team

We are experiencing a new issue in Teams today where a Form added as a tab just sits at the "Loading..." screen. Also, if you attempt to add a new Form tab it fails to load the list of Forms available.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi George, we have just done a mitigation on the Forms Tab forever loading issue, could you please try again?

Hello Kai, we just experienced again the Forms tab issue in Teams. An existing Form does not load, and forms cannot be added as tabs. Are you available to look into this?

Edit: maybe this is part of a general Forms outage this time?
