Forms responses missing when Excel is opened

Dear Forms customers,
Forms for Excel contains a live data connection to your form. Any new response data will be stored in your form, and also be reflected in your workbook. On occasion, the workbook may not contain the latest data for a number of reasons.
If this is the case, Forms provides a new feature, "Sync all responses to a new workbook", in order to “sync” your most recent responses to a new workbook. This new workbook will be stored next to your original workbook on OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online. This will ensure your data is up to date. Learn more about how to get missing data.

My form is not communicating with my excel sheet the link just stop working.

I followed the steps to 'Sync all responses to a new workbook' (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/how-to-get-missing-data-in-forms-9fb98299-4dcc-41a4-bb29-...
I got a new workbook with all the responses. However, when we submit a new response, it is not updating the Excel file anymore. When I open the Forms from the Excel file, I see all the responses.
Please, could you help me on this issue?
File was created using 'Forms for Excel' on SharePoint Online.

Good Morning:
The form that I set up for our annual Kindergarten Bridges program is missing responses. According to my principal last week there were 5 responses and today there are only 2. Where did the responses go and how do we retrieve them if possible?

I set up a form to collect information for the annual K bridges program at our school. My principal says that last week she saw 5 responses and today she only sees 2. Where did the other responses go and how do we retrieve them.

This is a rather large survey that will go out to around 1300 people. I'm missing about 50 out of 312 right now. Please advise I would like to get this fixed soon.

Having the same problem, forms was working fine last week, now it will not update my excel file in onedrive. Created excel survey in from onedrive menu. Please help.

Same here. Removed all the filters still no data.
It would be a great help to solve this issue. I need the data in other applications. The whole idea of using Forms from Excel is to be able to use them in a quick and easy way in Word, other Excel-files,...
