Forms Pro Survey URL in Dynamics 365

Hi I am currently looking within Dynamics 365

at what point is the Survey URL field populated:

@Moodycrmguy - I've been working with Forms Pro extensively for almost a year (since last March) and i've never seen this field get populated with anything. My guess is, either an oversight, or something that will be used with a future release.
