Forms keeps Refreshing - When I go in to edit a form the form keeps refreshing every 2 seconds.

Edit: This was resolved thanks to @Dingkun Xie the problem was with the multiple admin roles assigned to the account. When the conflicting roles were removed the issue stopped.

Thank you again @Dingkun Xie

Forms keeps Refreshing - When I go in to edit a form the form keeps refreshing every 2 seconds.

I have signed in to my account on Google Chrome and the same issue persists. I have tried InPrivate & Incognito windows - same results.

When I check the number of logins that have been attempted on my account, there are as many logins as the number of times the page has refreshed.

I do have MFA set up for my account I have turned this off and had the same results in multiple browsers including InPrivate & Incognito windows.

Please help

It is possible that your computer is infected with malware that is causing your form to refresh and sending your login attempts to an attacker. You can use a reputable antivirus program to scan your computer for malware. If you are still having trouble, you can contact Google support for help.

Please check this thread - https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-forms/forms-office-com-keeps-on-refreshing-on-its-o...

I shared a possible reason for this situation - One possible reason is because the user has been assigned too many admin roles, remove some roles can fix the issue. More information of admin roles can be found in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/about-admin-roles?view=o365-worldwid...

Thank you @DingkunXie

The issue was with the multiple Admin roles assigned to my account.

Thank you again for the assist.
