Forms help needed

I am trying to make a form where some of the questions have "layered" possible answers but cannot figure out how to do this and branching does not appear to be the solution.   For example:

1.  What type of incident?

       - Automobile

             - At Fault

             - Not at Fault

        - Property Damage

            - Fire

            - Wind

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

@deniseb Hi deniseb, currently form question do not support layer & branching on multiple choice. The one possible solution is using "Section", you could set the question title as section title, and put first-layer option as question title. However, It's still under rolling out.

The current way is Transforming this question to several different choice questions such as "Please check the detail situation if the incident is automobile"
