FORMS-AUTOMATE

Copper Contributor

I'm trying to make a flow (Microsoft PowerAutomate) from a forms to pass this information to an Excel.

Do I need to be the owner of the form to make this flow??

Since I'm not the user, it does not let me enter the Forms ID, even if i take from the URL For example:

forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspxid=12345

 (I choose 12345)

Solution

@RobertoHerguedas you need to be the owner or to have received the collaborate link so you have edit rights on the form. The format of the form ID is like this:
FlowID.png
