Hi this is my firs post having recently moved to 365 Business. I have a specific requirement for users, external to my org to submit form responses in a secure way. Of those responses, I want to receive the response but also have a nominated person in an external org to receive the request.
I have completed this internally and used Powerautomate to get different elements of the form response to where I need them but I cant send this form externally.
Same issue with Sharepoint where I want to host a communication page for external entities that use one of our systems. I would like to host a support system for users.
All external users are Government based and maintain 365 business accounts, although they are on their own tennant.
Any steer much appreciated.
