Form results not showing

I am using a Sharepoint Group

I go to the Group Documents and select New - Form

I start my providing a name for the Excel file

I create form and test it with ex 3 replies

It shows in the Results sheet, but when I select the Excel Icon, it opens the specified file, but empty.  Not even Headings

I go back to my Documents, open the Excel file from there and still empty?

Is this feature only available for certain licences?

I find it very annoying.
