The responses for some forms open directly in SharePoint in Excel online whereas for other forms I only have the option to download the responses in Excel. There is no Power Automate flow set up for the ones that open in Excel online, they just have a slightly different icon for 'Open in Excel'.
All forms are set up against a group rather than an individual account but I can't tell why some don't open directly in Excel online.
Did anyone come across this before? Thanks
