Hi Team,
I have few below requirements in my project which should be implemented in Microsoft forms, and I explored few options in Microsoft forms but I didn't find a way for the below requirements, could you please help / guide me to achieve below requirements in Microsoft forms?
- When form loads I wanted to display 4 fields (customer data) as labels with values from SQL server database using query string (URL with parameters) ?
- I want to place few lines of text (label) as "Note" to the user with hyper link in body of the form
- I want to place one button to trigger custom email
- If the branching condition is not satisfied I want to end the form with custom message
I tired in Microsoft Forms pro also but no luck.
Fast help is much appreciable.
