Excel Custom Add-ins is not working on web excel

Hello,
I've created custom add-ins for web excel and desktop excels but once deployed to the production server our desktop add-in is working fine but we are getting the error on the web excel version.
Attached error Screenshot, If anyone can help us to identify the root cause of this issue, That would be admirable.
