I keep finding different answers as to how many options can be saved in a single question. Found one that says up to 344 and another as low as 60.
One of the questions has 110 options. Can enter up to 97 before getting the message "Please reduce the number of question options or text in title/subtitle to save your changes."
Our agency started using Forms more and more recently and bound to get questioned as how many options they can enter. I'd like to find out the official answer to this question but can't find any from Microsoft sites. We're on GCC and below pages didn't mention limit on choice field.
Form, question, response, and character limits in Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Support
GCC information - Microsoft Support
I also checked the number of characters (question + subtitle + all the options), it was less than 2,500 and the site page above says 4,000 characters limit per question.
When I did my own test, on a new form, I stopped at 250 options and form was saved. However, I only clicked the 'add' button this many times and did not actually enter any values.

@Tamras1972 Had the same question recently. I tested and it looks like 499 is the limit of options for the Choice question. It does take a minute to save, so I'd advise to let it auto save before moving on. And of course, test and preview to ensure all values are available.
