Digital signature in microsoft form

Hi Community,

I've tried to google and find different forum but, no luck with this.

I want to make simple form with possibility to digitally signoff the form by user and I've checked previous responses here, but they are old so not sure if anything changed, and the feature is available? What are possible options here?

@JoeBlack500 Forms doesn't have the ability to add a digital signature. There are several requests for this on the feedback portal at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/search/0ab9de26-ff1b-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472?q=digital+...

There are various workarounds using approval flows in Power Automate or getting premium Power Automate connectors like Docusign, but they are just that, workarounds.
