Different thank you message depending on the answer in Forms?

lukaszx there is only one custom thank you message in Forms. So if you want to send a different message to the responder you'd need to do this with a flow in Power Automate to send them an email.
An anonymous form is just that, anonymous, so you can't do any verification of the users.
