Delays and submitted forms not showing up - Mircrosoft forms

Hello- I use Microsoft forms to gather information from students for work experience. Sometimes a teacher will contact me to say they watched a student submit a form but then when I check the responses it isn't there. Sometimes it shows up later on but we have had some students fill out multiple times and it never show up in the responses. Has anyone else experienced this?
