Created a form in personal, moved to group and now excel that was linked is not working

Hello all, pretty much says in the subject header! I created a form through excel and shared with a couple of colleagues, it was working great. Then I moved it to a group so that everybody could get notifications. Nobody in the group is getting notifications. Also, the excel sheet has stopped pre populating. I've checked the form by going through the excel link and it's there. So I'm really stumped. I'm not a massive teccie at all so anything explained simply would be massively appreciated.
