can i put microsoft forms on my website?

hello my names jose. i have a question about forms. can i make a form/survey and post that on my website? i want to create a survey and the answers along with the questions from the survey will be sent to my email in a question/answer format. like Q: , then A: . can i do that with forms or please recommend an alternative. thank you

@joseo1327 you could embed the link to the form in an iframe on your website and it should work fine. You will need to make sure that you set the form settings to "anyone with a link can respond". To get the questions and answers in the format you want in the email you'll need to write a flow in Power Automate.
