Best way to convert a Form to a Forms Pro?

We have several Forms that we want to convert to Forms Pro so we can use the Send via email feature to personalize them and track the responses.  I cannot find any obvious way to update a Form to a Form Pro - am I missing something or is it not possible?  I don't want to recreate them from scratch because they have a lot of questions.....

Would need to be the recreation of the form as a survey at this time.
