Hi,
Part of a survey is to ask staff for Nationality, is there an easy way to add all the countries to a drop-down?
I found that when a question asked for Gender MSForms triggers something that provides suggested answers, but cannot find one for this
Surely I don't have to type them all in?
Thanks
Jason

Hi @Jason_P_H
No easy way - it doesn't currently have the ability to either have a pre-populated dropdown from a confirmed list or the ability to import a list into the dropdown. You have to currently add them manually or select the suggestions below the fields which I imagine gets pretty confusing after twenty or so. Forms is still a relatively young app and there is still a lot of development still to do.
A way around this is to have maybe a dozen nationalities and then create an Add Other option on the form. This way it will show the nationalities and other where they can type in their nationality. Once you receive these you can then add them to the existing list and then keep padding it out.
See example here: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=K7cHk12WO0-UqEB7Ivp6Z64GYLkds3NFjGJtH7rZWXdUNTZL...
Would recommend a uservoice for that functionality here

Hope that answers your question
