Feature request: Autonomous agents for Microsoft 365 Premium consumers

I hope this message finds you doing well!

I am a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber in Brazil and I'm considering upgrading to Premium.

My primary requirement is the ability to create personal agents with:

• Persistent instructions and knowledge
• Scheduled and unattended execution
• Web research and connected tools
• Automatic delivery through Outlook, OneDrive, Notebooks, or notifications
• APIs, webhooks, Microsoft Graph, or event triggers

My practical use case is an autonomous Cyber Threat Intelligence agent that periodically researches verified sources, filters noise, produces a technical and executive briefing, and sends the result automatically.

Researcher and Analyst are valuable, but they do not clearly address this requirement. Office Agent Frontieir 365, is valuable but not address these necessitys above. I would upgrade to Premium if autonomous personal agents were confirmed for consumer subscribers.

Daubt: Is Agent Builder with scheduled autonomous execution planned for Microsoft 365 Premium consumers? Is there a public roadmap, expected regional availability for Brazil, and information about execution limits or Copilot credits?
