Update button in Bookings is not working when you add a new customer and no emails are sent?

Question

The update button in Bookings is not working when you add a new customer and no emails are sent.

I have tried this in Teams and online in Office 365 when you click the button nothing happens it does add the customer but does not send the meeting invite to their email and you have to click cancel to come out of the window, is there a current bug in the system?

No one from Microsoft has come back to me yet if you report it too they may start to look at it if more people report it
