Two staff members for each appointment?

I want to use Bookings for making interview appointments, but want two colleagues to perform the interviews together. When the client makes a booking, I would like the times suggested to suit both colleagues, and the booking to be made in both collleagues calendars. Is that possible to do - and if so - how do I do it?
