Text messages have incorrect time

I've received several messages from my 'customers' that have used the text message reminder function built into bookings that the text messages are displaying the incorrect time for an upcoming appointment. Here is an example. The confirmation message is correct (11:30 appointment), but the reminder shows a different time (3:30 appointment). Why is this happening?
