Require an Office 365 account to book with an A3 subscription

Hi, 

Is there a way to turn on that option for an A3 Education subscription? 

"Require an Office 365 account from my organization to book"

I've seen it's possible for E3 and E5.

From what I know, that feature is still in development and not yet available regardless of the subscription.

According to this blog, the functionnalities are rolling out to Targeted Release cutomers:
